Return Policy

Any item purchased from can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase except for personalized products. We do not charge any restocking fees, nor do we force customers to take store credit. We will happily refund your method of payment as soon as we receive your returned item.

Please note that the returned items must be in new condition with the original tags attached.

2022 Holiday Returns

For the 2022 Holiday Season, most of the items purchased after October 1, 2022 can be returned until January 31, 2023.

How to Return

To return an item, ship them back to the address below.

The customer is responsible for return shipping charges and assumes the risk of loss, so we recommend using a reputable carrier with insurance and a tracking number.

Please do not stick a shipping label on the manufacturer's packaging. Securely package the returned product within an outer box.

Non-Returnable Items

Personalized products, food products, products with downloadable content, giveaways, and other items as noted on the product page cannot be returned for refund or store credit.

Returning Gifts

You can return something you received as a gift but you'll need to contact us for assistance. If you can provide the email address, first and last name, or last name and zip code of the gift giver, we can get your return started.
